BlockBeats News, on December 30th, Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas posted on social media that BlackRock has submitted a revised S-1 form for its spot Bitcoin ETF to the SEC, designating Jane Street Capital and JP Morgan Securities as authorized participants for its ETF.
