The "German Government" address once again transferred 5,200 BTC to CEX and other addresses

BlockBeats reported that on July 8, according to Arkham data, a wallet address marked as "German Government" transferred 5,200 BTC (about 296 million US dollars) to multiple CEX addresses 13 minutes ago, including: 900 BTC to Coinbase, 1,400 BTC to Bitstamp, 900 BTC to Kraken, and 2,000 BTC to a suspected B2C2 Group address.
