The German government has withdrawn 4,169 bitcoins from CEX and currently holds 9,094 bitcoins

BlockBeats reported that on July 12, according to Arkham monitoring, in the past 24 hours, the "German government" wallet transferred out 10,627 bitcoins, and then recovered 4,169 bitcoins from CEX. It currently still holds 9,094 bitcoins (about $522.29 million).
