MicroStrategy Completes $1.01 Billion Convertible Notes Offering

BlockBeats news, on September 20, according to official news, MicroStrategy completed the issuance of $1.01 billion convertible notes at a coupon rate of 0.625% and a conversion premium of 40%, including $135 million of notes issued under the purchase agreement, which were granted to the initial purchasers within 13 days of the first issuance of the notes. The initial purchasers exercised all of them on September 18, 2024, and the additional purchases were completed on September 19, 2024.
