Deutsche Telekom Ventures into Bitcoin Mining Using Renewable Energy

Europe's largest telecommunications service provider, Deutsche Telekom, has announced a new Bitcoin mining project that utilizes excess electricity from renewable sources, which would otherwise go to waste.

This new Bitcoin mining project is called "Digital Monetary Photosynthesis" and is developed through a collaboration between Deutsche Telekom's subsidiary MMS and Metzler Bank.
