The SEC Delays Decision on the Franklin Crypto Eazy Peazy Index ETF

BlockBeats News, November 21st, according to The Block, the U.S. SEC has delayed a decision on the Franklin Crypto Index ETF EZPZ. Franklin Templeton submitted a registration statement for the Franklin Crypto Index ETF to the agency in August, which will hold both Ethereum and Bitcoin.

The proposed Franklin Crypto Index ETF, if approved, will be listed on the Cboe BZX exchange and will use Coinbase Custody Trust Company LLC as its digital asset custodian. The SEC stated in the filing: "The Commission believes that it is appropriate to designate a longer period within which to take action on the proposed rule change so that it has sufficient time to consider the proposed rule change and the issues raised therein."
