Spectral: Identified and fixed vulnerabilities in the Syntax contract, will resume operation after audit completion

BlockBeats News, December 3rd, Spectral posted a post-incident analysis of the Syntax platform's attack on the social platform. On December 1, 2024, Spectral's Syntax platform experienced a security vulnerability, and the following remedial measures are being taken:

· Contract Update: Identified and fixed a vulnerability in the bonding curve contract to prevent future exploits.

· Additional Third-Party Audit: Zellic has been hired to audit the contract update.

· Fund Replenishment: Replenishing SPEC tokens to restore the bonding curve to its state before the vulnerability occurred.

Currently focused on restoring trust through these measures. Once the audit is complete, operations will resume promptly.
