Santiment: Currently 104 whale addresses hold 57.35% of Ethereum's circulation

BlockBeats news, on December 17, Santiment released its research data saying that there are currently 104 whale addresses holding at least 100,000 Ethereum. Their total holdings currently account for 57.35% of all existing Ethereum, worth approximately $333.1 billion.

At the same time, the supply share of wallets holding 100,000-100,000 ETH is at an all-time low of 33.46%. The supply share of wallets holding less than 100 ETH is 9.19%, a new low in nearly 4 years.

It should be noted that the second largest cryptocurrency by market value is increasingly composed of DeFi and staking wallets, but when the most important key stakeholders of a cryptocurrency continue to accumulate, it is generally still a bullish long-term signal...especially when it is a 9-year-old asset and the proportion of cryptocurrency held by whales is at an all-time high.
