The country now holds a total of 5,993.77 Bitcoins, worth over $5.8 billion. In the past 7 days, they have acquired 30 more Bitcoins, and in the past 30 days, they have acquired 53 more Bitcoins.
Earlier today, BlockBeats reported that Max Keiser, the senior Bitcoin advisor to the President of El Salvador, disclosed that President Nayib Bukele has increased the daily Bitcoin purchase amount, with a mid-term goal of acquiring an additional 20,000 Bitcoins.
