Solayer's Staking Protocol will introduce the governance token LAYER.

BlockBeats News, January 3rd. According to official sources, the re-staking protocol Solayer announced the establishment of a foundation and will launch the governance token LAYER. LAYER will be an SPL-2020 token, first as the governance token of the re-staking platform to accelerate ecosystem growth and protocol development.

Furthermore, the distribution of the LAYER token will occur in three stages. The first stage will be aimed at all eligible participants and protocol partners, with a focus on the following categories:

Solayer Staking (sSOL, endo, and exo AVS);

sUSD participants;

Whitelisted ecosystem partners.
