Solana Foundation Proposes Addition of Accounts Lattice Hash to Enhance Account State Efficiency and Security

BlockBeats News, January 7th, the Solana Foundation has proposed SIMD-0215, aiming to extend Solana's infrastructure to billions of users' accounts. This proposal adds a new hash, called the "Accounts Lattice Hash".

According to the introduction, the "Accounts Lattice Hash" uses a homomorphic hash to maintain a hash of the entire account state, which can be quickly updated, is secure, and can: (1) include the hash of all accounts in each block, not just the accounts changed in that block, and (2) remove the Epoch Accounts Hash.
