BlockBeats News, January 7th. According to official sources, Solana's staking platform Solayer has released its 2025 roadmap, announcing the launch of Solayer InfiniSVM, a hardware-accelerated SVM blockchain. This network will achieve infinite scalability through SDN and RDMA technologies, enabling a multi-execution cluster architecture reaching a network speed of 100 Gbps while maintaining atomic state consistency.
Solayer InfiniSVM aims to address the issue of each Solana validator consuming nearly 0.8 Gbps of network bandwidth, leading to validator propagation failures, disconnections, and consensus disruptions. Additionally, this blockchain will implement a hybrid proof-of-authority and proof-of-stake consensus mechanism.
