BlockBeats News, January 8th, according to PeckShield monitoring, the Arbitrum-based LPDfi liquidity management protocol Orange Finance suffered a hacker attack, with approximately $787,000 worth of crypto assets being transferred from its contract. The official confirmation stated that the attacker controlled the admin address, upgraded the contract, and moved the funds to their wallet.
Users are advised to immediately revoke all contract authorizations related to Orange Finance to prevent further losses and cease any interaction with the compromised protocol. Orange Finance has attempted to communicate with the attacker via Arbiscan to negotiate the return of the funds.
