Documents show that in this litigation, there is no specific crime-defined "victim." However, the court is empowered to order voluntary restitution based on the defendant's plea agreement. This voluntary restitution should include all assets seized from the Bitfinex hack wallet, which, according to the plea agreement, should be returned to Bitfinex in kind.
