Ripple Invests $1.25 Billion to Acquire Hidden Road Partners

This acquisition is one of the largest transactions in the crypto industry to date and will make Ripple the first crypto company to operate a multi-asset primary brokerage service. The deal was facilitated by FT Partners.

Hidden Road is a primary broker serving foreign exchange, digital assets, derivatives, and synthetic asset trading, with an annual settlement volume of $3 trillion, serving clients including Coinbase, Talos, CME Group, and other institutions.
