Binance Listing and Delisting Criteria

2025-04-26 00:00

BlockBeats News, April 25th, according to an official announcement, Binance has detailed its listing and delisting standards, including the listing requirements for Binance Alpha, Binance Futures, and Binance Spot, as well as the conditions that project teams need to meet.

Alpha Listing is currently divided into two categories: circulating projects and non-circulating projects.

1. Key Evaluation Points for Non-circulating Projects:

Project fundamentals and performance indicators; Tokenomics; Technical risk assessment; Team background and compliance review.

2. Key Evaluation Points for Circulating Projects:

Focus on secondary market performance and token distribution, while still considering project fundamentals and performance indicators, tokenomics, technical risk assessment, and team background, which are the same standards as those for TGE projects mentioned above. Specific requirements for secondary market performance include: trading volume, liquidity depth, and historical price volatility; Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) and Market Capitalization (MCap).

Contract Listing Review is currently divided into two categories:

Projects listed on the Alpha platform section:

Since these projects have already met the basic requirements such as tokenomics, team quality, and token unlocking schedule during the Alpha version listing evaluation process, the contract listing review will primarily focus on secondary market performance. The prerequisite is that the project's fundamentals, token unlocking schedule, team status, and other key indicators have not undergone significant negative changes. Key requirements include:

1. High trading volume on Alpha version, reflecting community and Binance user recognition; 2. Stable price performance during the Alpha version trading period, without major collapses or price manipulation behavior; 3. Compliance with regulatory requirements; 4. Continued adherence to reasonable token distribution and unlocking schedule. 5. Projects that have not yet been recommended on the Alpha platform or cannot be recommended (e.g., new Layer-1 blockchains).

These projects must meet comprehensive basic requirements similar to those of the Alpha platform, including:

1. Project fundamentals and performance indicators; 2. Tokenomics; 3. Technical risk assessment; 4. Team background and regulatory compliance review.

Spot Listing Review is currently divided into two categories:

1. The main considerations for projects that are listed on the contract platform and/or the Alpha platform and are circulating include: maintaining high and sustained trading volume on the Alpha platform and contract platform; stable token prices during trading on the Alpha platform and contract platform, without significant price collapses or manipulative behavior; regulatory compliance considerations; continued adherence to reasonable token distribution and unlocking schedules.

2. Key considerations for a Token Generation Event (TGE) project include: project fundamentals and performance metrics; tokenomics; technical risk assessment; team background and compliance review.

Binance also emphasizes ongoing monitoring of market performance, team background, compliance, and product security, with projects not meeting the standards possibly facing delisting.
