BlockBeats News, January 29th, according to official sources, Sign, the on-chain infrastructure for token distribution and credential verification, has completed a $16 million funding round led by Yzi Labs. Altos Ventures, HackVC, and Amber Ventures also participated.
It is reported that Sign is aggregating on-chain verified credentials to build a larger network, thereby creating a more transparent and secure token distribution infrastructure.
In March 2022, Web3 infrastructure startup EthSign (now rebranded as Sign) completed a $12 million funding round with participation from Sequoia Capital, Sequoia India, and Sequoia China. The funding was led by Sequoia India and Mirana Ventures, with participation from Amber Group, Circle Ventures, NGC Ventures, HashKey Group, and Matrixport, among others. Angel investors include Tegan Kline, Head of Business Development at The Graph, and Sandeep Nailwal, Co-founder of Polygon, among others.
In 2024, EthSign will launch the full-chain proof protocol, Sign Protocol.
