His recent posts on RISC-V and zkVMs have advanced promising research directions, and his articles on privacy have helped refocus the community on the Ethereum Foundation's core values."

"I want to make it clear that Vitalik's proposals always carry significant weight, but they are intended to initiate discussions and drive progress in challenging research areas. Community review may drastically modify or even reject these proposals.
