Shitcoin Season Index Rebounds to 18, with Only 10 Tokens Outperforming BTC in the Last 90 Days

BlockBeats News, April 21st, according to Coinmarketcap data, the market slightly rebounded. The Altcoin Season Index rose from a recent low of 14 on Trump Tariff Day to 18 but is still significantly lower than the March average of 32 and the February average of 43.

The Altcoin Index has been on a continuous decline since reaching a yearly high of 87 on December 4, 2024. Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, only 10 tokens have outperformed Bitcoin in the last 90 days.
