BlockBeats News, April 21st, ZKsync issued a statement offering a 10% bounty to the hacker, stating that in the spirit of amicable resolution of this incident, since the release of this message on Ethereum, the hacker refund window is valid for 72 hours.
Upon receiving all the aforementioned ZK and ETH in full before the deadline, ZKsync will publicly acknowledge the solution. If the funds are not returned by the deadline, the team will report the matter to law enforcement for a full criminal investigation.
On April 15th, ZKsync confirmed the theft, which was due to a leak of the admin account's private key.
