BlockBeats News, November 5th, according to CNN, the county commission office of Cambria County, a "swing state" Pennsylvania, stated that currently, due to a "software glitch," voters were unable to scan their ballots, and the voting time in the county has been extended.
The county election officials insisted that they have "established procedures to deal with such issues" and the glitch "should not prevent voters from voting in their precinct."
Voter Luciew said: "When we (Luciew and his wife) arrived, we found it surprisingly empty. People were leaving, saying the machines were broken. After going in to confirm the issue, we decided to wait until the machines were back up before going in."
